Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.
- Additional information may be required about the rental group and/or identification documents. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or refundable security/damage deposit. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law.
Property Access
- Elevator access is available to the property. If the elevator is unavailable or if you prefer, there are two flights of stairs between the condo and the ground floor pool area and three flights to the heated underground parking.
- Private Shuttle Service is available during ski season only.
- Self check-in/check-out is available.
Parking Information
- One assigned and reserved space is available in the heated underground parking.
- Additional unassigned parking is available in the underground area, as well as covered and uncovered spaces across the street by the clubhouse. All extra parking is first come, first served.
- It is recommended to limit your group to 2 vehicles.
- Trailers are not allowed. Please arrange offsite parking for trailers if necessary.
